"Room was very clean with cute new ways of doing the towel, shower
curtain and washcloths! There was no toilet tissue. When I called
the front desk the young girl there seemed to neither care or be
cordial. She couldn't help me but I could come and get it myself! I
had told her on check-in less than 15 minutes earlier I had a bad knee and couldn't do a lot of walking. (That was why I needed a 1st floor room). She also had no clue what one of the main local attractions was. This is the home town of Helen Keller and the attraction is the outdoor drama of her life "The Miracle Worker". This young girl claimed to have never heard of it. (She said she
had lived there all her life).. At first, I thought she was pulling
my leg! Oh well! Maybe she was too young and inexperienced to be running a hotel from the front desk....."
